Organizers don't need to worry about this stuff. The Czar's have it here to remind themselves what they need to do.

1. Make sure the BevMo depot is sufficiently well stocked.
2. On Friday morning, confirm coffee order with CUPS. Three carafes are usually sufficient.
3. Start set up by 3:30 on Friday.
4. Return the coffee and carafes to CUPS by 5:00 pm.
5. After the event, clean up. Essentially just undo the setup.
6. Upload photos to Flickr account.
7. Record the event on the wiki.
